We loved you.
You were so warm and bubbly. So sweet.
We enjoyed our time with you.
But then we forgot about you.
You were pushed aside, left in the dark.
We made others a priority.
And so you withered.
I wish we could get this time back, to be able to enjoy you again.
But we can't. We just threw you away and I am so sorry for this.
Oh apple crisp! Your topping was like no other.
I'm sorry I crowded the refrigerator and abandoned you in the dark and cold.
